Assim que você revisar os formulários governamentais para submissão após a sua compra, a sua aprovação desses documentos constituirá uma renúncia ao seu direito a um reembolso a partir desse momento. Os reembolsos ANTES da submissão da sua candidatura de documento de viagem devem ser solicitados enviando um e-mail para contact@govisaeurope.com. O assunto do e-mail deve ser: "Pedido de reembolso de visto de viagem". O seu e-mail de pedido de reembolso DEVE incluir as seguintes informações:

Nome completo do candidato

Número da fatura ou ID do pedido

Os últimos quatro dígitos do cartão de crédito usado para comprar nossos serviços

A data em que os serviços foram comprados

O motivo pelo qual você está solicitando um reembolso

Processaremos seu pedido dentro de 48-72 horas após a receção de todas as informações solicitadas acima. Os reembolsos aprovados serão creditados no mesmo método de pagamento utilizado no momento da compra e deverão aparecer na sua conta dentro de 1 a 7 dias úteis, dependendo das políticas da sua instituição financeira e do ciclo de faturação do seu extrato. Se passarem 10 dias e o seu reembolso não for refletido na sua conta, entre em contato com o nosso Departamento de Faturação para obter ajuda.

Taxas não reembolsáveis

Se você, como cliente pagante, deixar de responder aos pedidos da nossa equipa de suporte para obter informações adicionais de sua parte durante 90 dias ou mais a partir da data em que comprou nossos serviços, e como resultado a sua candidatura não for bem-sucedida, não terá direito a qualquer tipo de reembolso e concorda em não iniciar um estorno de cartão de crédito.

Custos dos documentos de viagem

Todos os candidatos a documentos de viagem devem pagar uma taxa de visto ao organismo emissor do Governo Europeu. O custo da taxa de candidatura, e quando esta deve ser paga, depende sempre do tipo de documento solicitado. Portanto, antes de requerer um documento de viagem, deve verificar exatamente que tipo de documento de viagem satisfaz as suas necessidades de viagem e que autoridade emissora cobra as taxas de processamento por esse documento.

Além das taxas de candidatura, dos custos de tradução, etc., é cobrada uma taxa de consultoria e de gestão de processo quando contrata a nossa agência de serviços de assistência de viagem. Dependendo da categoria do documento de viagem, cobramos uma taxa fixa de serviço de gestão, tendo em conta os diferentes custos de processamento.

Taxa de cartão de crédito: A taxa de cartão de crédito representa um encargo adicional imposto pela plataforma de terceiros que processa as nossas transações com cartão de crédito. Em última análise, o árbitro selecionado deve ter experiência no assunto da disputa. Avaliações

Governing Law

Timing of Claims

Arbitration and Venue

However, in every other regard, each party shall pay for and bear its own costs and legal fees, costs, and expenses. The arbitration shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days of either giving notice or filing a demand to arbitrate with the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center (whichever shall first occur).

Final Arbitration

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Emirate of Sharjah. The testimony, evidence, ruling, and all documentation regarding any arbitration shall be considered confidential information. Neither party may use, disclose, or divulge any such information unless otherwise required by law.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. You agree to an arbitration on an individual basis. Force Majeure

POLICY TERMS

We provide a refund policy which is effective PRIOR to the submission of your travel document application. By making a purchase of services on this website, you agree and accept to be bound by the terms of this policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policy or term posted on the website. Upon your review of the government forms for submission after your purchase, your approval of these documents will constitute a waiver of your right to a refund from that point onwards. Should a material error be made on your application, we will re-submit the application on your behalf at no additional cost to you, but a refund will NOT be issued.

Refunds PRIOR to the submission of your travel document application must be requested by emailing contact@govisaeurope.com. The Subject line must read: “Travel Visa Refund Request”. Your refund request email MUST include the following information:

Full Name of Applicant,
Invoice # or Order ID,
The last four digits of the credit card used to purchase our services,
The date the services were purchased, and
The reason for requesting a refund. 

We will process your request within 48-72 hours after we have received all the information requested above from you. Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution’s policies and your statement’s billing cycle. If 10 days have passed and your refund is not reflected in your account, please contact our Billing Department to assist you further. 

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Please note that this policy cannot and will not apply to government fees remitted to the issuing authority, or other pertinent Governmental agencies. When you send a payment to a government agency, you agree to pay for a government service. Filing and biometric service fees that you pay to them are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action the government office takes on your application, petition, or request, or if you withdraw your request/application. We cannot refund or credit any money paid to other third parties with a role in processing your order (such as your medical examiner, translators, etc.). 

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS NOTICE

By obtaining our services, you agreed to be bound by the service terms and our refund policy. Utilizing a chargeback to obtain a refund outside of these conditions is a violation of these terms.

If you as a paid client become unresponsive to our support staff’s requests to get additional information from you for 90 days or more from the date that you purchased our services, and as a result your application is not successful, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind and agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback.

We take this issue extremely seriously and may report suspicious payment disputes to both the payment processors as well as the European Government’s issuing body, and other pertinent agencies as applicable, along with accompanying proof of fraud. All travel document applicants are required to pay a visa fee to the European Government’s issuing body. How much the application fee costs and when it must be paid, always depends on the type of document applied for. Before you apply for a travel document, you should therefore find out exactly which type of travel document meets your traveling needs and which issuing authority charges the processing fees for that document. 

Payment Methods

The visa fee can be paid at European Consulates/Embassies worldwide through various options. The following payment options are available:
