You need to complete the final of the application process, which involves providing detailed information at your own pace. While you work on this section, we will notify the relevant European country of your Schengen visa application that your application is in process.. Once you finish, our internal system will automatically detect the completion, so you won’t need to notify us.

Please note: We will keep you informed by e-mail of the progress of your application for the appointment at the embassy/consulate as soon as possible.

2. Under Review

Your designated case manager is currently reviewing your application to make sure the data provided is complete and accurate, before providing you with the final documents for submission to the consular authorities of the Schengen Area.

3. Waiting for Approval

Your application has been submitted to the consular authorities of the Schengen Area and is currently awaiting approval.

4. Application Result

Your application has been reviewed by the consular authorities of the Schengen Area. Check your inbox; you will be notified via email once approved or if more information is required.
